At 11:00, according to the order of the commander of the Joint Forces Operation, the admission across the demarcation line at the Mariinka and Stanytsia Luhanska Entry Exit Check Points is renewed.

At present, there are a sufficient number of changes in the border patrols present at these EECPs, which are ready to resume admission operations.

Those wishing to cross the demarcation line into the temporarily occupied territory began to gather near the EECP at about 6 o'clock in the morning. As 8:30 a.m., 45 people gathered near Stanytsia Luhanska and 55 vehicles (and about 90 people) near Mariinka. Among those gathered near the BCP, there are children and the elderly.

At the same time, it is possible that the guerrillas will deny entrance to persons who cross the demarcation line from the territory controlled by the Ukrainian authorities. In order to avoid congestion of persons and transport in the so-called gray zone, the admission of persons today will be carried out gradually.

It should be recalled that from today, the Stanitsa Luhanska (pedestrian) and Mariinka entry-exit check points will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. For security reasons, half an hour before the end of this time, the admission of persons to the territory of the EECP to cross the demarcation line will be significantly limited.

Given the regulated time of the pass, priority will be given to citizens who follow for reasons of socio-humanitarian nature, with supporting documents, and persons who follow the external independent assessment.

To cross the demarcation line at the EECP, citizens will be allowed with respiratory protection. At the same time, the checkpoints will be able to have such a number of people that will ensure compliance with the social distance.

In addition, citizens coming from the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine will undergo non-contact temperature screening of the body and a survey on contact with patients with COVID-19. It should be noted that this category of citizens (except for those who come to participate in the external evaluation) will be allowed only with the consent of self-isolation, using a single electronic service "Action at home", or observation.
